These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Our SageBridge pilot program. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
This is a pilot program. The product is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Also, we cannot guarantee the information stored or provided by Our SageBridge. A key goal of the pilot is to assess the accuracy of recording, storing, and responses provided by Our SageBridge.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Family members and supporters can create accounts alongside the senior.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you create your account and keep it current. Notify us promptly at info@oursagebridge.com if you believe someone has gained access to your account without your permission.
There is no charge to participate in this pilot. We may offer pilot participants preferential access or pricing when the full product launches, but we make no binding commitment to do so at this time.
Our SageBridge is a personal organizer that manages health metrics, appointments, and daily tasks. It allows family members you invite to see your information and work with you on it.
The app uses artificial intelligence to assist with organization and summaries. AI-generated content is intended to support you, not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on anything in the app to make medical decisions.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Our SageBridge for your personal, non-commercial use during the pilot, subject to these terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
We collect the following information:
You choose what to enter. Supporters you invite may also enter information in your account.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account, to protect against fraud and misuse, and to comply with law.
These are the situations in which we share your information:
By participating in the pilot, you agree that information you enter may also be used to assess the accuracy of and improve our AI features. Protected health information will be used for this purpose in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
Our SageBridge, including the app, its software, models, designs, and the content we provide, is owned by Our SageBridge LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display that information as needed to provide and improve the service.
If you give us feedback or suggestions about Our SageBridge, we may use them without restriction and without any obligation to you.
Our SageBridge sends text messages to the mobile number on your account. These include messages about your account and your use of the service, such as reminders, notifications, and one-time passcodes used to verify your identity when you sign in.
You choose whether to receive text messages when you set up your account, and you can change that choice at any time in the app. Choosing not to receive text messages does not prevent you from using Our SageBridge. If we add a new kind of text message, we will ask for your agreement before sending it.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the reminders you set up. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@oursagebridge.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our SageBridge uses AI to interpret information you enter, generate summaries, and assist with tasks within the app. Our AI is designed to work only within the specific features it supports and is not a general-purpose assistant.
AI interpretation can make mistakes. Information may be read or transcribed incorrectly. Summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Suggestions may not reflect your full situation. Nothing generated or interpreted by our AI constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice.
For this reason, Our SageBridge asks you to confirm important information before it is saved. This gives you the opportunity to catch and correct errors before they affect your records.
Always verify important information with a qualified professional. If something the AI generates or interprets looks wrong, trust your judgment. You can report errors to us at info@oursagebridge.com.
Our SageBridge handles a mix of health-related and personal organizational data. Some of this data, such as metrics and appointments, may carry sensitivity. Other data, such as personal calendar entries, may or may not contain health information depending on what you choose to enter.
We apply HIPAA-equivalent protections as our baseline standard across all data in our system, regardless of category. These protections apply to data in our systems and to the service providers that perform services on our behalf.
You decide which family members and supporters to invite, and you can revoke their access at any time.
Supporters can help you use Our SageBridge. They may view your information, help you keep it current, and make entries on your behalf. Entries a supporter makes are confirmed by you before they are saved.
Supporters reach your information through their own account. Their access comes from you and ends when you end it.
As Our SageBridge develops, we expect to let you choose which parts of the service a supporter can see.
When you accept an invitation, you agree to use the information you see only to support the person who invited you. Keep it confidential. Do not share it with anyone else without that person's permission, and do not use it for any other purpose. If that person revokes your access, stop using any information you still have.

If you do any of these, we may suspend or end your access.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your information, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
This is a pilot. The product may have bugs, outages, or data issues. We will do our best to protect your data and keep the service running, but we make no guarantees of availability or accuracy.
The service is provided as-is. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Our SageBridge and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the pilot. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero dollars, as the pilot is provided at no charge.
You may request deletion of your information at any time. We will delete it except where law requires us to retain certain records.
We may end the pilot, suspend your account, or change these terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@oursagebridge.com. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, either of us may begin a formal proceeding.
Agreement to arbitrate. You and Our SageBridge LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Individual basis. Claims must be brought on an individual basis. You and Our SageBridge LLC waive any right to bring claims as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.
Jury trial waiver. You and Our SageBridge LLC waive the right to a jury trial.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@oursagebridge.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Your notice must include your name and the email address on your account. If you opt out, this section does not apply to you, and disputes will be resolved in the courts described in the Governing Law section.
Location. Arbitration will take place in Washoe County, Nevada, at another location the parties agree on, or by telephone or video conference.
Severability. If the waiver of class claims is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section is void.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our SageBridge LLC and its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.
Notices. We may provide notices and other communications to you electronically, including by email to the address on your account or by posting in the app. Notices to us should be sent to info@oursagebridge.com.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Our SageBridge LLC regarding the pilot, and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Survival. The sections covering ownership, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive the end of your participation in the pilot.
